How to Change Your Birthday on PS4
Been there, done that! You’ll have to head to the Sony website, sign in, and navigate to account settings. There, you’ll be able to update your birthday info. You can't do it from the PS4 console itself.

You can’t change your birthday directly on your PS4. You need to go through Sony’s official website. Just log into your account on the PlayStation website, then go to 'Account Settings' -> 'Personal Information' -> 'Birthday' and make the change there. Easy peasy, right?
You can't change your birthdate on PS4. Sony doesn't allow it. If you really need to, contact customer support!
