To change the blood color in PUBG on Xbox One, go to Settings, then Gameplay, and select Colorblind mode. Different modes (like Deuteranopia or Tritanopia) will change the blood color.

You can't change the blood color in PUBG on Xbox One directly. It's tied to the colorblind settings.
