Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Graphics and switch the 'Colorblind Mode' to the 'Normal' option. Boom, now you're seeing red!

Just head to your settings, select 'Graphics,' and change the Colorblind Mode to 'Normal.' You'll have red blood again!

From my experience, the 'Normal' colorblind mode does the trick. You find this under Settings > Graphics. Enjoy the red!
