In the avatar editor, just use the 'Body' tab and you'll see options to change the color of different body parts. Pick a new color and you're all set!

From personal experience, the quickest way is through the 'Body' tab in the Avatar Editor. Click it, choose a body part, and then select the color you want. Happy customizing!
