Go to any breathing trainer in the game, and they鈥檒l handle it for you. You just need some Yen to pay the fee.
Changing breathing styles requires you to reset your breathing. Talk to a trainer NPC, and for a small fee of in-game currency (Yen), they'll reset your breathing so you can pick a new one.
