You can't manually change the camera angle in Warframe, but you can zoom in and out by using the mouse scroll wheel or the right stick on a controller!

Although there's no way to change the camera angle directly, you can adjust your field of view (FOV) in the Display settings to get a broader or narrower perspective.

From my experience, I found that adjusting the camera distance in the settings provides a decent workaround for changing your view. Try it out!
