Changing card sleeves in MTG Arena is super easy! Just go to your collection, click on a deck, then hit the 'Edit' button. On the right side, you'll see your current deck sleeve. Click on that, and a menu will pop up with all the sleeves you own. Just pick the one you like and voilà! Your deck's got a brand-new look.

Honestly, it's just a few clicks. Open the deck you want to change, hit edit, and on the right, click your sleeve. Pick a new one and you're done. Easier than deciding on a deck to play!
I tried changing my sleeves and ended up just using the same one for all my decks. Too much hassle to decide on a new look every time. Stick to one, and you're good.
