How to Change Carry Weight in Fallout 4
Use the console command on PC! Just open the console by hitting the tilde (~) key, type 'player.modav carryweight [number]' without the quotes and replace [number] with the amount you want to add to your carry weight. So, if you want to carry an extra 100 pounds, you'd type 'player.modav carryweight 100'. Bam, you're now able to lug around more loot!

Seriously, just get the Strong Back perk. You get to increase your carry weight by 50 with each level of the perk, and at level 4, you can even run using Action Points (AP) when you're overencumbered. Who needs console commands when you can just beef up the right way?
Mods are your friend here. There's a ton out there that can help you tweak carry weight to your heart's content. Just browse around the modding sites, and you'll find one that fits your needs.
Just drop stuff, you hoarder. Do you really need those 50 coffee cups?
Power Armor. Slip into one of those bad boys and your carry weight problems are pretty much history. Not to mention, you look cool doing it.
