Sorry, but the character ID in PUBG Mobile is permanent. You can only change your character's name using a Rename Card.

From my experience, the only way to change anything close to a character ID is by using a new account. Otherwise, you can just change your name.

You can't change your character ID in PUBG Mobile, but you can change your name with a Rename Card. Look for it in the in-game shop!
