You can't change your character's basic appearance (like gender or facial features) in New Leaf once you've made them, but you can change their clothes, hairstyle, and accessories any time! Head over to the Able Sisters shop for clothes and hats. For a new hairstyle, visit Shampoodle's once you unlock it. You can also change your eye color there after you've visited 15 times. Accessories? Accessorize at the Able Sisters or find some goodies around town.

Actually, if you REALLY wanna change your character's appearance from scratch, your only option is to start your game over. Yup, it's a bit drastic, but that's how it is. So, make sure you're happy with your choice at the beginning, or get ready for a do-over!

Just accessorize! Hats, glasses, outfits. Easy way to make your character feel new without the hassle of starting over.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
