Switching characters? Just hit up the character menu, select, and swap. Boom, done.
You can switch characters in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot by opening the character menu and selecting the character you want to play as. Make sure they're available for use in the current chapter!
From my experience, you gotta open the menu, go to party, and then switch your character there. Just make sure they're available in the story!
