It's super simple! Just press and hold down the 'Down' button on your D-pad (console gamers, you know the drill) if you're on Xbox or PlayStation. Honestly, swapping characters in GTA V Online feels like a mini-game in itself. Remember, you can't swap characters during missions or when you're in a vehicle (because, you know, safety first). Got me once while I was trying to escape the cops.
