Changing your agent in Valorant's practice mode is super easy! Just hit 'ESC' to bring up the game menu, and look for the 'Leave Match' option. Don't worry; you're not quitting for good. Once you click that, you'll have the option to return to the main menu. From there, go into the practice range again, and voila, you can pick a new agent to test out. It's a bit roundabout but gets the job done!
U can't switch directly in-game, gotta exit to menu first. Bit of a hassle but works.
