Did you know you can also undergo a complete character appearance overhaul but only once and it's a bit hidden? When you're playing GTA Online, you can change your character's gender and other physical attributes by selecting 'Swap Character' from the Online tab in the pause menu. However, this option only pops up after you've initially created your character, so choose wisely!
