You can't just change the size of a character easily. You have to script it!

You can use the 'Scale' tool in the Model tab to tweak the size. Just click on your character and drag the scale handles to make it bigger or smaller.

From experience, I find that tweaking the Humanoid properties in the Properties panel works best. Look for 'BodyDepthScale,' 'BodyHeightScale,' and 'BodyWidthScale.' Adjust those to resize your character.
