To change your character's hair in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you need to visit the Namekian NPC named 'Tosok' in Conton City. He offers a 'Recustomize' option that allows you to change your appearance, including your hair!
I’ve done it myself! Just gather the Dragon Balls and wish to change your appearance. It’s a bit tedious, but worth it if you really want a new look!
You can't directly change your appearance after initial creation, but you can use the Dragon Balls to make a wish and reset your character's look, including hair. Just gather all seven Dragon Balls, summon Shenron, and choose the option to alter your appearance!
