You can't really change clothes like in some other RPGs. Your best bet is to look for specific story moments or DLC that might offer different outfits.
Check the main menu and head to the Party section. You'll see an option to change outfits if the character can actually change clothes.
Pro tip from personal experience: certain DLCs offer more costume options for characters. Just grab the DLC, and you'll get more wardrobe choices!
