Just go to the 'Fighter Profile' section. Pick your favorite character and scroll through the costumes to switch 'em up!
Customization menu is your friend! Click on your character and dress them up however you like.
I usually switch outfits right before a match. Just go to character select, press the button for costume options, and you're good!
