Super easy! Just dock your Seamoth in the Moonpool, then head over to the Vehicle Upgrade Console. There, you can change its color scheme and even give it a snazzy new name!

Seriously, you gotta get yourself a Moonpool with a Vehicle Upgrade Console. It's the only way to change colors.
