Changing companions? Just use the terminal in the Unreliable. Done and dusted.
From experience, it's best to switch them out at the terminal in your ship. Keeps things organized and gives you time to bond with Ada!
Open your character menu, go to the 'Crew' tab, and select your desired companions. Easy peasy, space traveler!
