Super easy, just head to your Arsenal in your ship, select the Warframe or weapon you wanna configure, then click on 'Upgrade'. There you'll see multiple config tabs (A, B, C). Click on the tab you wanna customize and go wild!

You gotta go into your Arsenal, select the Warframe or weapon, and hit 'Upgrade'. The configs (A, B, C) are right there. Choose one, and customize away!
