You can't change the controls directly in Sims 4 on Xbox, but you can remap your controller in the Xbox settings. It's under 'Ease of Access' > 'Controller' > 'Button Mapping.'
Unfortunately, Sims 4 on Xbox doesn't support in-game control customization. Use the Xbox's button remapping features instead.
