To change costumes in MK9 on PC, go to the 'Krypt' and unlock the alternate outfits. Once unlocked, just select your character and hit the 'Start' button to choose the costume before a fight!

Just unlock the costume in the Krypt, then hit the 'Start' button when selecting your character to change outfits. Easy peasy!

I play MK9 on PC a lot! After unlocking in the Krypt, simply press 'Start' at character select to change costumes. Enjoy the new look!
