You can change your country in 8 Ball Pool by going to the game settings on your Facebook account, selecting 'Edit Profile,' and then choosing the country you want to display. Make sure to save your changes!

From my experience, the country setting is tied to your Facebook profile. Update your location on Facebook, and 8 Ball Pool will reflect the change. Simple as that!
