Head to your profile, select 'About,' find 'Places You've Lived,' and click 'Add a new place,' then enter your new country. Easy peasy!
Just change your city to one in the country you want. Facebook doesn't actually use a 'country' setting. It's all about your current city!
From my experience: Go to profile > About > Overview section. Click 'Edit your current city,' enter the new city, and you're good to go!
