Unfortunately, you can't change the country on your PlayStation account. But, you can create a new account and select the desired country when setting it up!

Just so you know, once you set your PSN account to a country, it's locked in. The only way to change it is by creating a new account. I had to do it myself when I moved!

Yeah, Sony doesn't allow you to change your country on your existing PlayStation account. You'll have to make a new one with the correct country.
