Just create a new account with the country you want. It's the only way.

Unfortunately, you can't directly change the country on an existing PSN account. You'll need to create a new account with the desired country set during the signup process.

I tried to change my country but couldn't, so I ended up making a new account. Now I have a US account and a UK account for different games and services!
