Unfortunately, PUBG Mobile doesn't currently support changing crew names. You'll need to create a new crew if you really want a new name.

You can't change your Crew name in PUBG Mobile once it's set. You have to either disband the crew and make a new one or live with it!

Creating a cool crew name is a big decision! Once it's set, you can't change it.
