Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions to change your country/region. This will effectively change the currency for your purchases.

Sadly, you can't just change currency directly. You'll need to create a new account with a different country/region setting to get the currency you want.

Just switch to your preferred region in the PlayStation Store. This way, the currency will match your new regional settings. Easy peasy!
