Open the EA website on a browser, log in, and unlink your PSN ID from the current EA account. Then, you can link it to another account.

Go to 'Settings' in the game that uses EA, then sign out of the existing account. You can link a new EA account from there.

Pro tip: Just make a new PSN account and link it with the EA account you wanna use. Problem solved!
