How to change email for Facebook login
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > General Account Settings > Contact. Click 'Add another email or mobile number', enter your new email, and follow the instructions!

Firsthand experience here! Adding a new email in Settings > Personal Information and making it primary worked like a charm for me.
Just go to Settings, add your new email, and verify it. You're good to go!
