You can change it through your PS4 or PS5 too. Go to Settings, Account Management, Account Information, and then Sign-in ID. Just follow the prompts from there!

I've done this myself. Sign in on a web browser, head to Account Settings, and look for Sign-in ID. Change it there, they'll send a verification email to your new address.
