No can do without current email access. If you've lost that, might as well start chatting up Riot Support now.
Changing your email for Valorant is pretty straightforward but remember you gotta have access to the current email linked to your account! Just log in to your Riot account on their official website, head to the settings, and you'll see an option to change your email under the 'Account Management' section. They'll send a confirmation link to your new email, so make sure you have access to that too!
