Just head over to your PS4/PS5, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Sign-in ID and change your email there. Easy peasy!

To change your email in PSN, log into your account on the PlayStation website, go to Account Settings, then click Sign-in ID (Email Address) and enter your new email address. Simple as that!

I recently did this. You just need to go to the PlayStation website, sign in, and then navigate to your Account Settings to update your email. Took me less than 5 minutes!
