From your PS5 or PS4, navigate to Settings, then Account Management. Choose Account Information, and click Sign-in ID. Enter your new email and verify it.

Just did this last week. Head to Settings, Account Management, and Account Information. Find Sign-in ID (Email), change it, and confirm with the new address. Quick and easy!

You can also change it via the PlayStation website. Just log in, go to Account Settings, and update your email under Sign-in ID.
