Eh, just keep your face. Mutants and raiders don't care what you look like anyway.
Actually, you don't need to visit Doc Crocker every time you wanna tweak your face. Just open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key if you're on PC, then type 'showlooksmenu player 1'. Voila, you're now free to adjust your face to your heart's content! Note: This method is kinda cheaty and only works on PC.
