I usually just swap the face decal directly in the Explorer. Quick and easy!
You can change the face of a character in Roblox Studio by going to the Explorer panel, finding the character, and then changing the 'face' decal under the 'Head' part. Just upload a new image to the Creator Marketplace and apply it!
Trust me, it's super easy! Just click on the character's head in Explorer, swap out the face decal, and you're good to go!
Changing a face? Go to the character’s head, find the face decal, and replace it with your new face decal from the Asset Manager.
