Been there, done that! Head to 'Settings & Privacy,' then 'Language.' From there, you can switch it back to English in a jiffy.
Settings -> Language -> English. Boom. Done.
I accidentally changed my language to something else once. Just go to 'Settings & Privacy,' look for 'Language,' and switch it back to English.
