Click the downward arrow at the top right of Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, select Settings, then you'll see options for Login info.

Go to your Facebook settings, head over to Security and Login, and from there, you can change your email or phone number!
Super easy! Just access Settings & Privacy > Settings > Security and Login. It's all there!
I changed my Facebook login last week! Head to Settings, then Security and Login, and you'll see 'Change Password' and 'Where You're Logged In.'
