First, navigate to your Page Settings, then click 'Edit' next to your current business name under 'General'. Make sure you follow the Facebook guidelines!
Just go to your Page's About section, hit 'Edit' next to the name, and put in the new one. Easy peasy.
You can't change your Facebook business name without admin rights. Make sure you're logged in as the admin first!
