Go to Settings > Privacy, and change the settings to 'Friends' or 'Only Me' for maximum privacy.
Settings > Privacy > Who can see your future posts - switch it to 'Friends' or 'Only Me.' Also, don't forget to review your past posts!
Just go to Settings & Privacy > Privacy Shortcuts and make sure only friends or just you can see your stuff. Piece of cake!
