I tried all the settings and reached out to Facebook support — user IDs are set in stone. You can change your username instead if that helps!
Why would you want to change your user ID anyway? Just enjoy the uniqueness.
Unfortunately, you can't change your Facebook User ID because it's a unique identifier assigned to your account. If you want to modify your username, though, you can do that in the 'About' section under 'Contact and Basic Info!'
