How to Change Fallout 4 Language from Russian to English
Changing the language in Fallout 4 is pretty straightforward. If you're using Steam, just right-click on Fallout 4 in your library, go to Properties, then the Language tab, and select English from the dropdown menu. The game will download any necessary files, and you'll be all set to play in English!

Actually, there's another way if the first option doesn't work for some reason. Navigate to the Fallout 4 installation folder, find the 'Fallout4_Default.ini' file, and open it with a text editor. Look for 'sLanguage=' and change it to 'sLanguage=en'. Save the file, and the game should run in English now. Remember to set the file to read-only after saving, so it doesn't revert back to Russian.
