To change your farm on Hay Day, log into the game with the same Supercell ID you used previously. Then, tap the settings icon, select 'Disconnected', and choose your old farm to load!

If you're switching devices but want the same farm, use a Supercell ID to sync progress. Login on your new device and continue farming.
