To change the floor in Restaurant Tycoon 2, go to the build mode, select the flooring tab, and choose your desired floor type. Easy peasy!
I've done this a bunch of times! You just go into build mode, press the flooring button, pick a new floor, and click to place it.
In build mode, click on the flooring icon, then pick and place your preferred floor design. That's it, chef!
Simple: Enter build mode, click on the floor icon, and select the new flooring you want to use. Done!
