Easy peasy! Just go to your Locker, select the 'Game Modes' tab, and you can change your lobby background by selecting a different loading screen you've unlocked.

You can change your lobby background by equipping a different loading screen from your Locker. Just hit the 'Edit Style' button on the loading screen you want to use.
