Log into your Epic Games account online, head to Account Settings, and you can change your avatar there. Fortnite will use this as your PFP.

I've changed mine by logging into my Epic Games account from a browser, going to General Settings, and uploading a new avatar. It's easy!

You can't change your Fortnite profile pic (PFP) directly, but you can change your Epic Games avatar! Just log in to your Epic Games account, go to Account Settings, and upload a new image under 'General Settings.'
