Nope, you can't change the FOV in Hogwarts Legacy. It's fixed. Maybe they'll add this feature in a future update?
Actually, you don't really need to change the FOV in Hogwarts Legacy. The game's default setting is pretty solid and gives you a good view of all the magical surroundings. Plus, messing with game files for mods could spoil the fun if something goes wrong.
