You gotta edit the save files! Go to the file0 and file9 in your Undertale save directory and look for the 'fun' value. Change it to whatever you want, but be careful and back up your files first!
I've done this before! Just open file0 or file9 in a text editor, find the 'fun' value, and change it to your desired number. To find your save files, look in your local app data folder if you're on Windows.
