You can change it through the Xbox 360 itself. Navigate to 'Social' > 'Sign In or Out' > 'Profile' > 'Edit Profile' > 'Gamertag.' But remember, the first change is free, and after that, you gotta pay up!

Super easy! On your Xbox 360, go to the 'Social' tab, select your profile, then choose 'Edit Profile.' Select 'Gamertag,' enter your new tag, and you're done! It will cost you some Microsoft points though.
